1. Donations
Ujala Charitable Foundation ("Ujala Foundation") is a registered non-profit. Donations are voluntary contributions used for animal rescue, treatment, and care, and are generally non-refundable once received. We do not sell goods or services through this website.
2. When We Issue Refunds
We will refund a donation in these cases:
- A duplicate payment was made for the same donation
- An incorrect amount was charged because of a technical error
- Your account was debited but the transaction failed or was not received by us
- The payment was unauthorised or fraudulent
3. How to Request a Refund
Email info@ujalafoundation.com within 7 days of the transaction with your name, donation date, amount, transaction ID, and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- The exact time to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- If your account was debited for a failed transaction, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
5. Recurring Donations
We do not currently offer automatic recurring donations. Each donation is a separate one-time payment.
